- Deposit amount is non refundable and will go towards your payments. - Lash Boutique requires 24hrs notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to give 24hrs notice will result in 50% of the schedule service fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. - Lash Boutique takes great pride in the work we do. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. - If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set. 2 and 3 week fill ( 21 days or less) : no more than 30% loss of initial set 4 week fill ( 22 days or more): no more than 50% loss of initial set After 5+ week : consider a new set * Foreign refill please contact us to book a proper service - after hour appointment is available, please contact (281) 748-5931for more information.
